Upon move in each tenant is provided a designated number of keys. Additional keys will be provided by our locksmith at a cost determined by the type of service requested. If a tenant requires a lock change, a replacement fee will be charged. Any elective changes to the existing locks within your suite should be coordinated through the Management Office. This is to ensure all changes remain on our master key system All keys must be returned to the Management Office at lease termination.
